Through a wide glass door from the hallway, you have access to a small private patio with a bench, completely shaded, where you can relax on hot days. If you would like to sit in the sun a bit more, there is room for it on the communal courtyard (for 4 flats). There is also room to place any bicycles you may have brought with you under the canopy. As the renovation works in the rest of the house are not yet completed, the courtyard is currently still partly used to store building materials.
