The entire flat is double-glazed and has underfloor heating. The water for the boiler and underfloor heating is heated with an energy-efficient heat pump. There is high-speed internet via fibre optic cable. Because the flat is located slightly above street level, there are no direct views from pedestrians.
VThrough the central square hall you can enter the open-plan living room. This is tastefully furnished with a large sofa, armchair and (side) tables. There is a 40-inch flat-screen TV with French and Dutch channels.
Next door is the spacious entrance to the modern kitchen with 2 large windows. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction hob with built-in extractor, combi oven/microwave and a dishwasher. All you need to prepare a delicious meal and a nicely laid table are provided. The dining table with comfortable chairs is a nice place to dine.
On the other side of the hall is the door to the bedroom. It is again spacious and has a luxurious double bed of 1.60 x 2.00 with a good quality mattress. Furthermore, 2 bedside tables, good lighting, also by the bed, and a half-open wardrobe. The window overlooks the courtyard.
The bathroom, located at the entrance to the kitchen, is fully tiled and equipped with a sink, a hanging toilet and a rain shower. The washing machine is also located here. There is a window for fresh air to the patio.
